 Pilates is a great low impact workout proven to help with many long term aches and pains particularly  lower back, knees, hips and shoulder issues.

You  will learn specific Pilates exercises including

posture alignment, breathing, stability and

 spinal rotation whilst strengthening you're core.

Come and join us every Tuesday at 9.30 am  for beginners Pilates at Greenwood Community Centre.

I have been teaching Pilates for 14 years and many of my clients are still with me now.

This beginners/ level 1 class is suitable for all fitness levels and will help to improve your range of movement and flexibility.

Pop in for a taster session to start feeling the benefits of Pilates.

I also teach Pilates in Teddington on a Wednesday evening.

About Simona


Whilst working as a fitness coach back in 2005 I realised how many people were carrying  niggling injuries particularly lower back, knee and  hip problems.


I realised a lot of these injuries were caused by long term poor posture, how we walk, stare at a screen, drive our car, etc. I had joined a pilates class myself and realised that Pilates would benefit so many of the clients I was regularly seeing.


I enrolled into Pilates teacher training through the David Lloyd academy, passed my exams and in 2007 I became a level 3 Matt pilates instructor. I regularly attend Pilates workshops to keep up to date  with all things Pilates related.


I'm fully insured and since 2011 I have taught Pilates at the prestigious Eton college for boys. I also teach small group sessions and one to one pilates in the comfort of peoples homes.


My Pilates classes in Hampton Hill are suitable for beginners and level1.
