Pilates can help:

With injury prevention
Reduce or eliminate aches and pains throughout your body
Increase joint stability
Enhance muscle tone
Maximise your overall wellbeing
Pilates is recommend by many doctor's and physiotherapist's to help reduce and prevent back, hip and knee pain
Whilst working as a fitness coach back in 2005 I realised how many people were carrying niggling injuries particularly lower back, knee and hip problems.
I realised a lot of these injuries were caused by long term poor posture, how we walk, stare at a screen, drive our car, etc. I had joined a pilates class myself and realised that Pilates would benefit so many of the clients I was regularly seeing.
I enrolled into Pilates teacher training through the David Lloyd academy, passed my exams and in 2007 I became a level 3 Matt pilates instructor. I regularly attend Pilates workshops to keep up to date with all things Pilates related.
I'm fully insured and since 2011 I have taught Pilates at the prestigious Eton college for boys. I also teach small group sessions and one to one pilates in the comfort of peoples homes.
My Pilates classes in Teddington are suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.

What people say
Having had a history of lower back problems L4 and L5 I was recommended Simonas Pilates Classes in Teddington by a friend. I have now been doing Pilates for the best part of 18 months and the change has been quite remarkable. I’m standing tall and walking straighter than I have in a long time.
Simonas Pilates Classes have strengthened my core and improved flexibility all around my mid and upper sections. It takes a while I have been practising Pilates 2/3 times a week and it took two to three months before you really start to notice a difference. It's better than Paracetamol and I find I am sleeping much better. If you are looking for a Pilates class in Teddington I would thoroughly recommend Simona.
